great spot near parks and local food joints

I enjoyed my stay because the hotel is just a few steps away from delicious dining spots like Spring City Restaurant and Taco Amigo. The Fox River Sanctuary and Lakefront Park are both only around 4.5 km away, perfect for a weekend wander.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the Best Western Waukesha Grand was. The spacious lobby and cozy breakfast area were welcoming and accessible, making it easy for me to enjoy my stay.

More seating in breakfast area would be beneficial.

i really liked that the best western was super close to the interstate, making travel easy. the air conditioning worked well, which was a big plus during my stay. the breakfast area had tasty sausage every day, and i enjoyed having two queen beds in our room, perfect for my family.

overall, i felt a bit concerned about privacy because of an unexpected knock on my door early in the morning.

All fine, but elevator delays

Room was clean and comfortable, but the elevator smelled bad during our stay.

I enjoyed my stay. Clean and spacious rooms with comfy beds. The breakfast was tasty and well-prepared. The pool area was nice and well-maintained. Perfectly located near the interstate for easy travel.

Great location for my weekend plans.

My stay was riddled with issues. Upon arrival, I was sent to a dirty room that had not been cleaned. I encountered multiple instances of heavy police presence outside, which made me feel unsafe. To top it off, the refrigerator in my room froze my leftovers and beverages—extremely disappointing given the price I paid.

The room was super comfy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. Loved the microwave and the iron for convenience. The indoor pool was clean, and the hot tub was a great way to relax. They had a fitness center too. Breakfast had a variety of choices, and the staff was super helpful.

The location was perfect for hitting the Pewaukee Golf Club and catching a game at Miller Park. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was solid, but mixing it up a bit would be great for repeat guests.

The only downside was the elevator breaking down during our stay. With all the luggage we had, it was a bit frustrating. But overall, it didn't ruin our fun experience.

The hotel provided a comfortable stay for our family, and we loved visiting the Pewaukee Golf Club for some fun outdoor activity. We enjoyed the spacious accommodations and were pleased with the warm atmosphere. The staff were helpful during our stay, especially given we had a newborn baby with us.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast choices could be improved for families with children.
